Wind turbines along mountain ridges at golden hour

Solutions

Community Solar

Join local solar cooperatives to bring clean energy to entire neighborhoods without roof installations.

Not everyone has a sunny roof — or a roof at all. Community solar lets you subscribe to a share of a local solar garden and receive credits on your regular utility bill.

How it works

  1. Choose a local Solart solar garden with open capacity.
  2. Subscribe to a share sized to your usage.
  3. The energy your share produces is credited on your utility bill.
  4. You pay Solart less than the credits are worth — the difference is your saving.
